Our Yacons...

This is me The Wolly Bear holding my Yacon baby!
We are interested in Yacon to help the diabetic community. In the future, we hope to have plants, tea, tubers and syrup available from this amazing plant.
Hopefully by May/June Yacon tea will be available for purchase from our organic crop. Keep checking our blog for future updates since more pictures are coming soon as we plant and grow.
